TierScore
TierOne’s AI Physique Scan evaluates your body using the same criteria used in bodybuilding judging: symmetry, balance, proportions, and muscular development. These measurements are extracted from your Front, Back, and Side poses, giving a full 360° profile of your physique.
Analysis Points
- Overall muscular volume
- Muscle outline thickness and curvature
- Separation between major muscle groups
- Visual density analysis
Why This Matters
In bodybuilding standards, bigger isn’t enough — muscles must look dense, rounded, and developed. TierOne assigns higher scores when muscle bellies are full, shoulders are capped, and quads/arms show shape and thickness.
Analysis Points
- Arm & Leg symmetry (Left vs Right)
- Shoulder height and width alignment
- Hip alignment & balance
- Waist-centre alignment
Why This Matters
Mr Olympia judging heavily penalises uneven development. The TierScore rewards physiques that are evenly developed and structurally balanced across the centerline.
Analysis Points
- Shoulder-to-waist ratio (V-taper ranking)
- Quad-to-waist width ratio
- Arm-to-torso proportion
- Upper-body vs. lower-body dominance
Why This Matters
The legendary “X-Frame” — wide shoulders, tight waist, big quads — scores extremely high in bodybuilding grading. TierOne quantifies how close you are to that ideal shape.
Analysis Points
- Abdominal outline visibility
- Serratus/oblique visibility
- Lower back/hip fat distribution
- Glute-ham tie-in clarity
Why This Matters
While TierOne doesn’t require you to be stage-lean, conditioning massively influences how muscular you look. The AI adjusts your TierScore depending on the visibility and "pop" of your muscle groups.
Analysis Points
- Muscle group balance check
- Shoulder-to-chest-to-arm flow
- Leg-to-upper-body matching
- Top-to-bottom line continuity
Why This Matters
A physique can be big but still badly proportioned. TierOne rewards aesthetic flow — the hallmark of elite physiques — ensuring no single body part overpowers the rest.
Upper Body
- Chest fullness & width
- Shoulder caps (delts)
- Biceps & triceps thickness
- Trap development
- Upper back width
Lower Body
- Quad sweep
- Hamstring development
- Glute size & shape
- Calf proportions
The Ultimate Physique Index (UPI)
TierOne combines Symmetry, Proportions, Muscle mass, Conditioning, and Aesthetic flow into one unified rating based on Mr Olympia–inspired physique evaluation.
This creates your TierScore (1–100).
| Tier 1 | 92–100 | Elite / pro-level development Exceptional size, definition, and proportions. |
| Tier 2 | 85–91 | Advanced (years of training) Clear muscle development with good size and definition. |
| Tier 3 | 70–84 | Intermediate-advanced — MOST people who train regularly
should score here Clear visible muscle development, typical of regular gym-goers. |
| Tier 4 | 60–69 | Intermediate Some visible muscle but limited development, or higher body fat obscuring muscle. |
| Tier 5 | 50–59 | Beginner-intermediate Minimal visible muscle or body fat significantly obscuring muscle. |
| Tier 6 | 30–49 | Untrained / High body fat Very little to no visible muscle development, or body fat so high that muscle cannot be assessed. |
